We went to the Childrens Museum in Portland the other day. What a great place! The kids had a ball and I'm pretty sure could have spent the whole day there and been happy as a clam. Wish it was closer to home.
Here is Zach in the pretend Ambulance. He was quite busy playing "Emergency!" and doing all sorts of dispatching. It was his favorite part he said.
Flower-girl. This kept her busy for quite awhile. Planting, planting, planting...
In the digging/dumping pit. Zach liked the conveyor belt.
Woops!
She got tired of brushing the alligator's teeth and decided to take a little rest in his mouth instead.
In the clay area.
This was like a pretend hospital or something like that. Not exactly sure. Anyway, there were lots of baby dolls that Abby took very good care of.
In the tunnel and probably wanting that cool phone that Zach was playing with and left in there...
Ahh, got it back.
The water room. They both really liked this part.
Yep, looking wet all right!
Happy boy having fun!
More brushing...
and brushing.
Fun day!

oh, and what a brave little zach at the dentist! I'm so nervous to take cade. you'll have to teach me your secret to getting him to do so well. awesome!!!
We took Scout to the Children's Museum in Denver and she loved it. I had assumed Portland would have the same basic exhibits so we haven't bothered to make the trip. But, your pictures showed totally different stuff that I'm sure Scout would love. We may have to copy you and make a roadtrip. Thanks for sharing those photos!
